Works great but I went to use it before running it first as instructed and was disappointed I did not read the directions better. That had no effect on the product which is wonderful.

I really liked this with the defrost setting and the inserts. My 20 year old roaster finally gave up. FYI, it is not digital. The manual temperature settings were accurate. Unfortunately, the defective disposable liner I used melted and stuck to the roaster's removable inner pan! I saw others had issues with the brand of liners I used. NOT a defect in the roaster. I hope I can find a replacement pan to fit. I recommend the roaster though!

Do not purchase this item. It's too late for me to send back but I wish I could. After one use, a spot the size of a dime, of the enamel inside the roasting pan is gone. It cooked way to hot. Thank goodness I check 45 minutes ahead of time (even though the instructions say not to lift the lid or you'll loose heat) and our 13 lb. turkey was at 185 degrees! Thank goodness I used cheese cloth over the turkey soaked in butter and seasonings or the turkey would have been way to dry. Do yourself a favor, don't order this product. We put it in a large garbage bag and will store it to use as a heated serving pan but that's all it's good for.

I was hosting Thanksgiving this year for 14 people. I wanted to free up oven space so I bought this electric roaster to cook my 22 pound turkey. I was a little nervous because I just purchased it a few days before Thanksgiving and never got the chance to use it. The turkey came out incredible. That picture was from about 1 hour in. The whole turkey was brown and tasted great. It was very juicy. My family are tough food critics and everyone said it was one of the best turkeys they’ve ever had.

Works as expwctes and dedign is goos.... needs to taje more care on the pain uset... either it chios easily or it was not fully paiten... after 1st use
