I bought the bike repair stand to make a LiveScope pole. It worked fantastic!! My neighbor liked mine so well, that he had me make him one. They look great and are very sturdy and versatile.

This clamp works pretty well except lots of bikes have top bars that are a little big for the clamp but you can get it to work if you try. Also the clamp part of it is and the elbow part of it is plastic not sure how strong it is. We will see how it holds up!

Can't comment on how well it holds a bike, I'm using it for livescope transducer pole. Bolts right to the track on my Nucanoe Frontier 12 kayak. It's a little tall for me so I might cut it down, and it was missing a bolt & nut to tighten down one of the fittings. Other than that I think it'll workout perfectly for my needs.

Just installed this and put my mountain bike on it (35lbs). This bench mount bike repair stand seems fairly heavy duty upon first glance, the bars/bench mount is metal, but all the joints are plastic. Even on the very edge of the bench the mount must be fully extended for bike peddles to have clearance and doing so is putting a LOT of strain on this clamp (as you can probably see in the pics). It hasn’t yet, but it feels like the plastic could snap at any time. Pros - Its a cheap clamp. Cons - It’s a cheap clamp. I doubt I’ll be using it much, so maybe it’ll be ok. And honestly, for this price, it’s about what I expected. Make sure you have a very sturdy work bench to mount it to. Not sure if wall mounting it would be better or not.

The bike mount is very strong and I am sure it will work well for your bike. I got it for a different reason and it seems to work very good. A mount in my boat for the Livescope for my Garmin fish finder.

Holds my bow great. Can make adjustments and replace d loop easier. Leveling second axis by grip in clamp position. I thought better than spending $100 + for an actual bow vise. This gets the job done for what I need it to do.

I didn't use this for a bike repair stand I use it for a transducer pole on my boat it is very strong and well made would work great for it's original purpose ðŸ‘

what I like is, very stable so far. always wary of the plastic parts. They ARE more flexible but.
