These water bottles definitely held water. They unfortunately did not keep it ice cold for as long as I would hope. I would say after about 30 minutes the water was already getting warm after having around half full with ice. The weather could have something to do with that, but if they are insulated I would hope it's for hot weather.One other negative about them is they got very scratched up after one gravel bike ride. I understand that there is dirt involved, but I would hope they would be somewhat more durable. I get that it is only cosmetic, but I couldn't get through one ride before they got destroyed.On the plus side, these are the perfect size for me. I am a slightly shorter rider (5'7") so I ride a smaller bike, and both of these fit in the frame with plenty of room to spare. I also like the silicone(?) spout as it is soft for your mouth/teeth to open up and take a drink. I'm hoping the spouts will not damage as easily as the bottle itself.Over these bottles are fine. I wish they would keep temperature longer than they actually did. If they stayed cool half of what would be advertised, these would be a homerun purchase.

I bought this bottle set because I wanted a bottle that could keep my water cool during my triathlon. I gave this item a 2-star rating because it managed to keep my water cool, as I hoped. However, the outer shell of the bottle is extremely hard, making it ridiculously difficult to squeeze water out. The last thing you want to deal with in a race is struggling to get water when you're thirsty. I would not recommend this product to anyone else.

I ordered one a while ago and love these bottles being insulated makes a huge difference and the little cover is a bonus helps prevent dust from going in

Being the organizer and leader of a large social bicycle club here in Fort Lauderdale with over 1675 members and growing daily, the safety, health and well-being of our riders is always priority one. The same goes for our mounts as well. It is discussed before every slow roll. And one thing all my members know about me is that I love customization and personalization. And if it serves both safety and customization then roll on I say! My local bike shop Cycling Forza in Coral Springs could tell you how much they make from our patronage. And not just for technical stuff but for lots of other fun stuff as well, gadgets, toys and accessories are always welcome. I like to gift away some small safety item to our new members at the beginning of each slow roll, most often it will be a safety whistle to wear while riding. Sometimes the gifting goes to another level. It might be a lighting kit, a set of pedals or grips, locking kits, occasionally even a pair of gloves or a helmet. I encourage my members to keep their mounts very well maintained in order to not get left behind (in reality we would never let anyone get left behind). Anything that keeps you out of danger and improves the experience of riding is for us. And what can keep you more comfortable than an ice cold guzzle of water from these ROCKBROS Insulated Bicycle Water Bottles. Yes, plural, I got two. These fit perfectly on my Litespeed Tuscany road rocket carbon fiber bottle holders. They are a bit taller than most any other bottle that I have. They are very lightweight, almost surprisingly so. They feel somewhat thicker than other bottles, stiffer. The lids are basic in design and function. Do not be fooled by the clear plastic shipping covers that lay over the lids when you unbag them. They are just to protect the nipples during shipping. They are not for regular use, discard once opened. You'll find they do not fit back on securely once removed. Overall liking these a lot better than most. And they are after all Rockbros brand, leaders in accessories in my book. Keeping these for sure. What I dislike was the dispense rate of liquid content. I does not exist and to a cyclist who has no time to be waiting for water to hit the mouth and getting distracted on a group ride, is dangerous. Plus many cyclists use their water bottle streams to squirt water and discourage mad dogs running close to heels. This bottle would not be a good deterrent to dogs. The one start was given because their size. I will be returning them.
