This is a recliner that I have needed for a long time and didn't realize. It took a bad fall and breaking left hand and foot to order this. I got the black chenille, it's very soft. Reclining with ease, stands me up to grab my walker or cane. Napped a couple of times, I needed a pillow for my head, taking weight off my neck. Assembly was easy for my girlfriend. Much wider than I expected, leaving room for a pillow on the side. Very good quality at an awesome price! I was looking for gray when I first started looking but I like the black colorAlso, built-in cushion for lumbar area and head. Cushion on the arms. So far, very happy with my purchase.

This chair is used in my bedroom suite daily. I like the fabric and the color. The massage is ok not very strong. The heat is weak as well. The footrest and the retraction is a severe problem. It’s impossible to retract without climbing over the foot rest and fighting to push back in place. The chair would be a great piece of furniture if the footrest was more friendly to use. I will end up selling or donating to a good will store and getting another brand that has a better footrest retraction. I just loss my $ on this chair.

Chair is comfy. I was able to put it together by myself. Wish the heat was stronger. Massage is okay. It does look nice. Feels sturdy.

So happy with this chair. Heavy but very easy to put together probably took us less than 10 mins. Easy to relocate by pushing and pulling at the bottom frame. Heating feature is amazing and it heats up fast. Great for back pain. Many different massaging mode and target desire areas. The family is not happy that they each have to take turn but it just means it’s a great additional to our home.

Everything was good until the remote did not work I needed to a universal adapter? It did not come in the packet with the chair so the remote to work
