Good quality material and could have been more my issue because of measuring but thought it would hold more wood than it does - still works great though and is very durable. Also really easy to put together!

If you have a small wood stove that doesn't burn much wood, this is a great wood basket. It holds enough for an evening in my stove, no more. But I don't want a big basket. My house is small, and I wanted a small basket sized to my wood stove. It is metal, but very thin. If the kids played with it and dropped it, it would probably dent, but we have no children here. For us, this is exactly what I wanted. It went together in two minutes, and sits flat on floor.

It looks nice. It was easy to assemble.That being said...The design of this needs some adaptation.It could use 2 more bolts, to keep the handle from swinging and dumping all the damn fire wood you loaded into it.Making your woman frustrated and cursing the day you were born for buying this cheap thingy!Instead of buying this, find something that isn't a toy. Your wife will appreciate it and you won't die.

I feel like THAT GIRL when I have this out. It feels so glamorous and beautiful holding logs and does really help carrying wood in and out of the house. For larger piles of wood we use a copper tub, this is mostly for show or for moving wood. Also I did stick some felt feet on the bottom because it’ll scratch everything to death, but great value easy to assemble, and makes me feel so fancy!

This wood carrier looks great on my fireplace hearth. I recently cleaned and painted my fireplace brick and the mantle and it looks great with my renovation of the room. Simple and sturdy for 4 pieces of wood inside. It was easy to put together. Just need an extra pair of hands to squeeze together while putting handle on, but other than that, easy assembly.
