I purchased for work and they are great. Not water proof if that is what your looking for. I can wear for 16+ hours with no complaints. Great looking also.

The reason for my boot exchange was due to the fact that I received 1 brand new boot and 1 boot that appeared to be worn.

I love the design of the boot/shoe, I will reorder the same shoe in the future but in a 1/2 size smaller, I ordered a size 8 for comfort due to thickness of socks. Shoe/boot is still to big and wide. Going to have find something to place in my boot/shoe to fill in the width. Hurts the balls of my feet. I couldn't return the boot due to not having a return slip enclosed. Poor salesmen ship.
