I dislocated my right wrist 8 years ago and it’s never been the same. The 12†wraps are perfect because they don’t feel too bulky and are super easy to adjust. It is the perfect amount of support for me to be able to do lifts involving extreme wrist movement like front squats and clean & jerks. I even wear the one on my right wrist for support with push-ups due to the amount of strain that bend in my wrist causes and it helps a lot with the pain!

I got this size because I had no concept on how tight or loose it will feel once around my wrists. It works and give the support I need but I wish I went one size longer.

I have used these at least twice per week on my Push days for many months and they are holding up great! Theses have greatly reduced wrist/hand pain I was having during heavy pushing workouts. I highly recommend them.

Great wrist wraps. I can definitely lift heavier when I wear it. Don’t leave to the gym without it! I’ve purchased multiple due to normal wear and tear. Will continue to buy more. It feels better than the other brands I’ve purchased.
