I’m pretty strong but when I get this rolling pin, I can’t take the handles off to put the different size rings on. I’ve tried using wrenches but that’s damaging the handles what to do.

Immediate love affair. In the pictures, it looks a little cheap but in person I liked the look of it.+ Can be chilled (no risk of warning or cracking!) , 15-30 minutes in the freezer (cold, not covered in frost 😄)+ Can be warmed ( no risk of warping and retains heat better than wood)+ Allows better control of dough temperature - less sticking and flakier layers+ Rolls smoothly+ Lighter than expected+ The spacers store on the roller itself an+/- personally, I would like a slightly more rounded handle to cup inside my hand a bit (minor)+/- due to the spacers you are limited in the width of the pastry you are rolling out - but you can always remove them.SIDENOTE: this arrived on a cold day and rolling the cold roller on my sore muscles felt amazing. Again, amazing!

"Our adjustable rolling pin, measuring 11 inches long" ... "Total length 19in"I ordered this for making pizza dough. Total length end to end is indeed 19 inches.The important part, the stainless part that does the rolling, is NOT 11 inches. It is 9.5 inches.That is not even close. And not so useful for making pizzas either.It has 3 stars because it seems to be made nicely, and it rolls fine.If this actually was the size it was advertised as, it would be a 5 star rolling pin.
