I really liked the slightly rounded corners as this was very helpful in applying the wallpaper to corners and edges. I did not use this for trimming the paper as I wanted a complete straight edge. This smoother fit in my pants back pocket making it easy to grab. I am very happy with how this worked for my wallpaper hanging projects. I will use this for wallpaper hanging always and recommend highly.

I have multiple wallpaper smoothing tools but none of them have really been without complaints. Then one day I was shopping on here and this one popped up and the reviews seemed pretty good so I decided to purchase it. I wasn’t really expecting it to be better or worse than the ones I already own. Let me tell you, I was wrong! This is the only tool I use now! This IS the wallpapering tool! It gets out all the bubbles and creases. It does rip even the finest of wallpaper. It smoothes it out like butter. It’s also perfect to use as a guid when using a cutting knife. If you’re a DIY’er, you should have this.

I ordered this to apply contact paper to the shelves in my kitchen cabinets. It is solid plastic and works well for this purpose. I was able to work out all of the bubbles with very little frustration. I did damage the contact paper in a couple of places with the edge of the tool, but it was my own fault for being impatient and trying to rush the job. The shelves where I took my time turned out beautifully!
