The product was easy to assemble. It was great for pulling leaves and small sticks the further the leaves were from the edge the more difficult it became to pull them down from the roof

This is our second of these snow brushes. After several years of its flawless performance in clearing snow from our solar panels, we accidentally ran it over with our SUV! Glad to see it is still available!The brush holds up to hard and frequent use. No sign of it scratching the panels. It is light and maneuverable. Definitely a good value also.Two recommendations to make it even better.1. Make the rubber grip at the end longer so the top hand won't slip as easily during hard "pulls" of snow.2. Offer replacements for the brush or the brush section. The brush holds up well, but it won't last forever and it would be nice to get a new one without having to purchase the whole apparatus.

I'm a 60-year-old woman and I have a very tall duplex with very steep roof underneath a big oak tree. Cleaning the leaves off of this roof has been a constant problem. I ordered this rake online. Best thing I ever did! I put on all the extensions leaned it against my ladder that was about 10 ft away from my roof. I was able to put the rake on the roof because it's light and easy to handle and start pulling the leaves toward me. However, I had so much extension that it would start hitting the ground so I'd take off about three extensions and then finish raking the rest of the leaves off the roof line. It worked wonderfully!!

Unless you have a shop vise (which I do) you’ll find the braces will not fit the predrilled holes for the bolts.I had to go to my vise a few times to bend the braces to the right angle. Also, the bolts and nuts are made of a soft metal and could easily strip if one is not patient.Once together, it performed as advertised.

This roof rake was easily put together and with the different sections it is easy to adjust to the length we need. We were able to adjust it and remove the many leaves from our roof. And an added use we found after getting a heavy snowfall. Our magnolia tree leaves were so heavy from the snow and we were able to reach many branches and shake the snow off. We are delighted and very very pleased with this product.
