The screws were easy to work with and it fits perfectly. You tell it's not factory installed because it looks so natural. It is very good quality. It performs it tasks amazingly. The material is great quality.

Purchased for a road trip, worried that it would not hold the topper but it was solid. It is made out of metal so construction is sturdy, the stock one from Toyota is plastic, good and bad is that this is stronger and heavier, bad is might rust in a couple of years. Easy to install, took about 20 min, instructions pretty lame but easy to figure out. The only thing that felt cheap was the locking mech, it was very tight to turn the key to lock it in place. had to spray some silicone to make it easier to turn the key, felt like it was going to break cause it was so tight. after the spray it felt easier to lock and unlock. Not bad for the price.

really easy install once you read the directions took me about 30 minutes to install and it held up over a 2000 miles with a bag strapped in between it.

These were easy to install on my highlander. The bolts to tighten them up are somewhat difficult to reach because there are only a couple of inche of clearance from the care roof to get an allen wrench in there. Keep an eye on these bolts. They can loosen with normal car vibrations. I had one fall out. Luckily I found it on the driveway and realized what it went to. I would buy it again.

The package comes with mounting options for Highlanders with and without side rails. My 2015 LE Plus model has no side rails. As others have mentioned, the instructions are minimally useful, but the parts are labeled for where they go on the vehicle. Take a look at the parts off the vehicle first and you'll figure it out. I recommend assembling the front and back rails with their respective bases loosely before bolting the bases down on the vehicle. Tighten the bases down making sure everything is in line and adjusted where you want it, then tighten the crossbars the put the caps on.I own another vehicle with Thule cross bars and various attachments and have owned Yakima products as well. They're good, but very expensive. These are sturdy and have a good weight capacity at a reasonable price. Keep in mind that they're bowed upward, not completely flat. With that said, I have a narrower and a wider plastic cargo box, and I think both will still work just fine. The rails are not rubberized, but have some kind of textured powder coating finish, so plan to put some protective tape over any metal mounting hardware you may use for attachments to preserve the finish of the bars.

I just followed the video instructions shared below and that was it! A quick 30 min installation. I love how it looks on my 2019 Toyota Highlander LE.
