So I came from one of the much pricier competitors, and while that ring was extremely comfortable, I went through 4 of them in 5 years because they kept falling apart.With the ROQ rings, they just feel sturdier - this is a pro and a con. They’re fairly thick, and they feel like they’ll hold up well, but they feel a bit heavy and bulky at first. After a few weeks, I’ve gotten used to it and now it is not noticeable at all.As far as sizing, I wear an 8, so I ordered that particular set. Two of them fit perfectly, two were too large. I reached out to ROQ, and they sent me another 4-pack in size 7 to supplement the others. Very understanding customer service, and quick response.All that said, a 4-pack of these for half the price of the competition means you can’t go wrong. They’re comfortable, they fit the style that I like, and they’re sturdy.

I have an "actual" metal wedding ring that I wear when going out, but I am athletically active and sometimes work with my hands. For these times, for the safety of my metal ring and my finger, and for especially casual outings, I wanted a silicone ring.I ordered a 4-pack of the ROQ Silicone Rings from the Duo Collection. Upon receipt, I noticed a couple of the rings had some moulding defects. They weren't completely unwearable, but were not of the quality I expected. I sent a quick email and a couple of photos to Roq customer support and I received an incredibly prompt reply offering to send a replacement. I accepted the offer and customer support replied with a confirming email. Customer support emailed me yet again the next day to let me know it had been shipped and provided a tracking number. They also emailed another time to be sure I had received the replacement and that I was satisfied. Indeed, the replacement rings were all excellent and of high quality. They are very comfortable and breathable. I am confident I will get a lot of use out of them and that they will last. And if I had any doubt about that (I don't.), I am absolutely certain Roq's outstanding customer service will make the situation right.

I ordered the 6 pack of rings. They are much better than expected. The true highlight of this purchase is the high quality customer service that was provided to me. Shout out to the people that reached out to me and assisted me, Rose, Claire, and Bea. Initially, I had accidentally ordered the wrong size. So I reached out to customer service (they provide a card in the sleeve with the rings with contact info in case the rings don't fit correctly). They got back to me in a few hours and shipped out the new size that I then requested. However, I had messed up again and the rings still didn't fit. I was just going to leave it, but customer service reached out to me to make sure that the new rings fit. I apologized to them and told them I screwed up yet again. They were very patient with me. They worked with me a third time to make sure that I get the correct size. Well, third times a charm because I finally gave them the correct size that I needed. Each time they shipped the new size, it only took 2-3 days for me to get them in the mail.If you are thinking about ordering rings like the ones that this company offers, I highly, and I mean highly suggest this company because they have a great product and their customer service is the highest quality, A++, top of the line.

The fit of the rings seems to vary from ring to ring. Depending on whether it’s one or two colours seems to affect the elasticity of the silicone, and gloss in its appearance. When correctly fitted with the finger the comfort is good. Some rings were not finished and presented ridges and flaps at the seams, easily fixed with a craft knife and a little sanding. Considering the reasonable price the quality control issues are minor.
