I am very happy that I bought this product. It seems to be very well made and will last for a long time. I will use this for mixing batters, dough and cake mixtures. I hope to be using this for the rest of my life. It seems like it will be easy to clean and store away. If you don't want to be bothered with an expensive electric device and want to have a lot of fun getting covered in flour making recipes then this is the tool for you.

This product is NOT stainless steel; it is plastic. Any not the high quality kind. The box absolutely reeked of paint fumes. It has to be from a kids play set and spray painted with some shiny chrome paint. What a joke. Don't waste your time with this... buy the real deal.

There are times when you just want to make something quick and in small quantity that an electric mixer is an overkill. This egg beater with its classic design, when paired with a small bowl will make beating 2 egg whites to stiff peaks a breeze. The rotary action was a little stiff in the beginning being a brand new egg beater, but it spins very smoothly after a minute of turning. The fins are smooth and well-polished with no sharp edges. Clean-up is a breeze, just spin away in a bowl of hot sudsy water. Construction of the beater speaks quality. This set comes with a spatula and a brush which are a nice bonus. This is also a great set of tools to have when glamping and for emergency preparedness.

This works great for mixing liquid casserole ingredients, reminds me of the one my mom had. While the blades are metal, most of this kitchen tool is plastic, so I’m a little concerned about durability. Worth what I paid for it.

Focusing on the egg beater, which is not durable, the plastic and metal of the blades and crank are thin, bend easily. Very lightweight. OK for price when on sale w/rubber scraper and brush - but not expecting a long service life. All that said, still functions for light work - but won't handle mixing batters, no worse to clean or use than any other eggbeater.

Handle and gear molded plastic. Sharp edges. Shafts are tubes with open seams. Very poor quality. Major disappointment!!
