Update: I installed this two months ago, and it performs perfectly!I installed the Teraflex 2" coil springs on my 1997 TJ. I figured that I'd roll the dice with the $24 Rough Country bracket, since it appears identical to the $92 Teraflex bracket. I replaced the hardware that came with the Rough Country bracket with nyloc nuts, and torqued to spec with Loctite-red. No issues. It fits perfectly, and corrected my shifted axle.

Raises mount point on axle about 2 1/2 inches. Well designed. I used grade 8 by 3/8" hardware instead of supplied 5/16". Very rugged. Drill the third hole and use all three to mount it.

Rough Country keeps doing this, saying there is no drilling when there is. You need a 11/32 drill bit to enlarge the two holes the plastic nuts were in holding the plastic cover on.Other than that it seems to be good heavy steel and should work fine.

Took me about 5 hours to install. And I’ve wrenched on a couple Jeeps in my life. Drilling the top bolt is difficult (try to use a compact drill). Make sure to jack up the frame as high as you safely can, let the axles droop as far down as you can (after you have loosened up BOTH ENDS of the trackbar weighted with the Jeep). Grease up the axle side and hammer in from the frame side end of track bar, when ready to place in, use a pry bar to assist lining up. The top bolt will make it difficult to install the original mounting bolt to get in because the tabbed nut is so darn thick. What a complete hassle. It does fix the axle pretty close to center (I have a 2.75†lift). Weigh out whether you want to tackle this job vs spend the extra $$ on an adjustable track bar in the rear and less of a headache.
