I got this for steaming a Christmas pudding. It held up the 2 qt. basin with no issues (very stable) and worked well in my tall pot. Exactly what I needed. It also cleans up well.

I wish the gaps in the middle were smaller. Otherwise it is great.

This rack fits nicely in our Gourmia air fryer that has a 9 inch x 9.5 inch nearly round basket. We start with a square of aluminum foil to line the bottom. Optionally add a 9 inch parchment paper liner then place this rack on top of the aluminum foil and parchment liner. This arrangement works great. Hot air easily circulates to the underside of food items minimizing the need to turn food items and the aluminum foil and parchment paper get tossed leaving a clean air fryer basket. It took us a while to figure this out. We tried silicon liners, but they were as painful to clean as the air fryer basket. The nice thing about this rack is that it has tall feet that elevate the rack well above the bottom of the air fryer allowing for good air circulation. The rack is pretty easy to clean.

Product is made well but I had to return it. The sizing chart is wrong. And the image isn't exactly accurate. There are stands that stick out further than pictured. I bought a medium thinking it would fit in a 9" interior diameter pot, but it needs an 11" interior diameter to fit.

I had been using all sorts of things to raise my pudding molds up off the bottom of the pot that I use for steaming puddings. Then I found this. The large size fits my big pot perfectly.

I bought this to use with the instant pot air fryer and elevates the food off the bottom. I will put a solid metal or ceramic bowl on it when I want to cook something like tofu with sauce.

These turned out to be way too tall to use on top of the Ninja cook surface (I wanted a double decker for our Ninja air fryer) so I ended up having to bend all three legs up about an inch and a half. After that they worked well. They are not at all non-stick, so keep that in mind.
