I was looking for a small table to put a light on over my plants. Ordered this bench. Very easy to put together. Very solid/sturdy. Nice wood. Love it!

This chair was just what I was looking for. Solid and secure but stylish in a simple way. It wasn’t bad to put together except for the top screws. They were a little harder for me to get in. Had to have my son-in- law finish the job. Other than I am very satisfied with this product.

Tight pieces, fit really nug, good harware. Took a couple of wacks from my hand to get holes lined up.My other one wasn't made this good.

I just received and put together the stool today. Two tips that will help ensure that it will be sturdy: 1] the allen wrench [also called a hex key] that is provided to screw most of the screws is rather inadequate and making it difficult to apply enough torque. So before assembling you might want to get your hands on a good set of allen wrenches 2] over time the stool may get some heavy use [some people on occasion stand on the stool, for instance] so it wouldn't hurt to apply some good wood glue while assembling the stool, such as in the holes before putting in the wooden dowels, especially since some of the dowels provided were too narrow to provide a snug fit.

Easy to put together, but you do need a Phillip's screwdriver in addition to the tool they give you. The seat has some kind of finish to it, but the legs do not. However, for my purpose it was fine - nice and sturdy.

I bought this to put my plants in by the window. So cute and works great HOWEVER when i was putting it together i was not using excessive force or like the wrong tools or something and one of the screws came through the top of the bench. none of the other screws came through. it made a little hole and i had to pick off the splintered wood and sand it down to be smooth. i’m not sitting on it so not a huge deal but for the price i didn't expect a screw to go through the top of it upon putting it together

It was described exactly as received. Will be used as I imagined. Would recommend to anyone interested in a stool to sit on while doing tasks closer to the floor. Cleaning rearranging bottom shelf, deadheading low growing flowers etc.
