Outstanding piece of equipment. Work as advertised. I love it. Beat my old deep, blow it out of the water. I recommend this deep fryer to everyone who is looking for a deep fryer for their business or home. If it's too big for your kitchen, they have a single that will fit.

This fryer was to replace a smaller one we have and couldn't be happier. It heats up VERY fast . Has a large capacity . The outside of the unit does take a while to cool off to the touch due to not have very good Insulation. Also I do have to store it wrapped in plastic if I leave any oil in it because the lid is not air tight but I'm OK with it . It has been one of the best fryers that we have gotten. And would recommend to any family that has a army of kids that are waiting for tater tots. Or fries.

I bought this item to replace a smaller electronic display fryer that had a failed relay. This fryer came well packed and I liked the double bowl and dual controllers. Makes frying two different items easier. Pro's - The fryer dual controllers are analog which leaves fewer points of failure. Dual fryer bowls hold about 6 quarts each. Heating element covers helps prevent batter sticking to the coils. Con's - The stainless sheet metal for the fryer body, cover lids and heating elements are thiner than I expected. No carry handles and no easy lift lip to get out the fryer bowls. The fry basket handles are easy to assemble but flimsy. The heating controllers attach by slot and tab method and are not sturdy. The heating elements need to be compressed to install the covers. The fryer comes with rubber feet and I received the bolts but not the nuts to attach. Fortunately, I have my own supply of hardware so this wasn't an issue. There is not temperature gage and the control knobs are not calibrated. It comes with no assembly instructions.Overall, this is a very functional dual chamber fryer, nothing fancy. Set it up on a sturdy table and it heats oil fast. provide your own thermometer and you are set. Let it completely cool before any attempt at cleaning. I would provide 5 stars if the sheet metal were a little thicker and if it had assembly instructions.

I was excited to order and get this item - It arrived quicky. I unpacked it and was immediately concerned. The metal was extremely thin and flimsy. It was poorly packed and when I finally put it together (no instructions) - it felt really cheap. I filled with oil, the unit turned on and did heat up - the power light was on - the temp light was on - when it came to temperature, I put in my french fries. The unit made some popping noises and it cooled....I used my temp probe to check the temperature. Was set for 350 to make french fries. It was only 200deg. It kept popping, and not heating back up. I unplugged it and let it fully cool. I plugged it back in and the power light went on - but it would not heat up the oil - kept making popping noises. I unplugged it and requested a refund. I am actually relieved that I won't be using this unit - I am concerned that it is not a safe unit...fire hazard. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS UNIT OR THE OIL NEEDED TO FILL IT.

It works well. Easy to clean. I’ve been in restaurants business for 39 yrs so my expectations are high. For a personal home use item it’s good.

The baskets need better construction. My wife is frustrated with both baskets. The handles do no stay in place and making it difficult to remove the food from the oil at the proper time. Instead, she has to find another utensil to lift the basket when the handle comes apart and risks over-cooking the food. To the manufacturer...please find a resolve to this issue. Maybe even perfect the baskets for individual sale for those of us that have already purchased the fryers.
