Bought this as a gift for my wife and ended up assembling it myself over about a day. A lot of thoughtful design and engineering went into this. The instructions are easy to follow and the pieces all snap out without breaking and fit together precisely. Finished item looks great.

Awesome kit. Instructions are clear and detailed and everything fit together as indicated. Have some model or super glue handy to tighten up key spots. Have bought another kit to try

I loved putting this together. The pieces were sturdy and I didn't have to worry about them breaking, like other cheap DIYs i have bought in the past. The electrical part of it is easy breezy and turned out so cute!

This is the first puzzle kit I have ever made, I am now addicted!!! So much fun and was nice to use my brain a lot. I love the end project and can’t wait to do another one. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This turned out so cute (just like the picture) and was easy enough to build! The directions took me a second to understand but they were easy to get the hang of. This kit has a ton of detail and has some very tiny pieces. Some pieces are fragile, so I had a couple crack, but they were still usable. Some were hard to snap together but it all came together beautifully!My only con is that the electrical did NOT work in my kit no matter what I did (my attached pic is lit up with a flashlight). Would’ve been cool to see it light up, but the kit is still fun without it.

I like the idea that the wooden kits now contain scenes rather than models. The instructions are pretty clear. I had a couple of problems and one complaint. There was a bookshelf that had too many books to fit. It consisted of a rod that contained sets in a 4,1,4,1,4 pattern. It was 1 book too wide. Maybe I made a mistake but could not find it. I just made one of the 4 books into 3 and it all worked. Second problem is that plants must be glued in. They can easily fall out of the pots otherwise. There are many other places that are a little loose and glue may help.I had no problems with the light. It was pretty straight forward. My complaint is that there is a touch switch to turn the light on/off and a hidden power switch. I am sure that the touch switch must draw power even when off and the battery compartment on/off switch can not be reached without removing the back panel of the model.

Gift for a young lady that’s reads a lot to be with her beloved books. It’s stunning. Left the assembly up to her. Hah! It’s rather magical. Wish I had one for my bookcase now!

I bought this as a gift for one of my girls. She loves Shakespeare & has wanted a book nook for a while. She loved this! The instructions were a bit challenging but with patience it came out looking great!
