My 12-year old daughter has loved the foil engraving art kits for years! My 6-year old is starting to get the hang of them as well. Both of my girls love horses and unicorns so the kit was extra special.

It came scratched up 😕 I’m going to try and integrate the big scratch here with the unicorns beard, but still, I’d expect my new items to come in good shape.

Ein tolles Motiv, nur leider wird der Kratzstab ziemlich schnell stumpf und man sollte sich nach einer anderen Alternative zum kratzen umsehen um das Bild nicht zu zerstören.

I received a defective item.By defective I mean that I am guessing the one I received is very old as it's almost impossible to remove the scratch off layer without damaging the holo paper underneath. Also due to the black layer being extremely difficult to remove it's near impossible to properly follow the lines in the proper manner. I wasn't able to finish this due to this issue. I've done a variety of similar projects of these over the year's and never had a problem. In fact I've done this one before a few years ago and it turned out lovely.I contacted the seller and never received a reply which is even more disappointing especially as this item isn't exactly budget friendly.Very disappointed and unfortunately don't recommend based upon this seller not bothering to address the issue. I normally never write negative reviews unless something is truly really bad.I took photos of area's that I did end up damaging this prior to giving up on it. If you look closely you can see where the cardboard backing is dented.
