2. Load color on block with sponge not with ink-pad
3. Apply gentle pressure on block for clay to avoid mess-up
4. Watch the tutorial video full before making block print
5. Do not wash blocks with water after use
6. Just clean blocks with dry cloth & brush

These are great for ceramics as they make a clear and defined impression. The designs are different enough to find the 5 of them interesting and all useful.

I purchased these to use while making pottery and they are very well made. Nice design but I will say that while using these making pottery it's best to coat them with cornstarch so they avoid getting stuck in the clay. I may have tried to use them to early but I still continue to use them overall.

I originally brought theses stamps to cut out shapes in flattened polymer clay. At first the clay stuck in the metal grooves but it got better after I continued to work the clay and roll it out. I'm going to dip the edges in paint to transfer the shapes on fabric and on mixed media projects. The stamps are sturdy and well made. I'm glad I purchased them. I really like that it comes in 5 different stamp designs.

Someone mentioned clay sticking but I didn't have that experience at all- may depend on the clay. I bought despite that review because it could easily be sprayed with oil to prevent clay from sticking but, again, that wasn't my experience. I will also say that the stamps are rather small but it is fine for me because I generally sculpt smaller items. The only thing I wish was different is that the lines were thicker but I plan to experiment with rocking the stamp back and forth the stretch the design a little- haven't tried yet. Just got it today and wanted to post a pic of what it looks like in the clay. Very happy with these and will be ordering more. I wish Amazon had more in stock as I don't want to wait a month so for now will stick with what is available from Amazon.

I bought for clay. Love the patterns, but the width of the pattern depression is too narrow. I’ll try to rock it to make the pattern wider so it won’t disappear with the glaze.

Stempel sind schön, aber vorherige Benachrichtigung, dass Zollgebühren anfallen gab es nicht. Fast 11 Euro kamen bei zwei Fünfersets dazu. Ärgere mich sehr.

I am very pleased with the quality and the design. They are a little sharp but for that reason leave a very nice impression. You just have to be careful. Would buy again.
