I didn’t read the fine(er) print and bought this instead of their lump charcoal. I blame myself for this bone headed move but I will say it’s WAY overpriced and it’s not returnable. So I’m disappointed.

Worst charcoal I ever tried to use for outdoor grilling. Cooked with Royal Oak before, but not these Briquets. These Classic Charcoal Briquets will not light up. Something maybe has changed with the brand. This is not right at all.

Our local hardware stores were out of Royal Oak, so I ordered this while we were standing in the store. Judging by the photo, I thought we were getting a standard 15-pound bag and didn't notice the description said 7lb clearly, twice. When it arrived, it was a comically small bag and I realized what happend. This might be 2 sessions worth of grilling. Save your money.
