Your cart is empty. RPM Oversized Front Axle Carriers for the TRA were designed to solve two key issues reported by owners of these massive beasts. The first issue being durability. We designed these carriers to handle some serious abuse. RPM Oversized Axle Carriers are BEEFY with massive support ribs for the strongest possible carriers available.
The other area of improvement comes in the form of larger inner bearings. How large? MASSIVE! The stock inner bearings are a mere 20x27x4mm. The oversized bearings we use are gigantic 20x32x7mm bearings! That's 5mm larger on the diameter and 3mm on the width! The difference equates to a dynamic load rating that is nearly 300% higher than the stock bearings while the static load rating is over 300% higher! That's triple the strength of the stock inner bearings.

RPM Oversized Front Axle Carriers replace stock TRA #7737. Each package is sold as a pair (one left and one right) and includes two inner oversized bearings (one for each side). Outer bearings are stock TRA bearings (#5106 or #5106A) and are not included in this kit.

Had to bust out the Dremel because they were way too tight from the factory and severely restricted the steering movement, they are still a bit tight. I bought these before I found out the newer Xmaxx already comes with the bigger inner bearings. Would not recommend if you have a newer model. If I had an older model I would just get the newer factory versions.

This product is mediocre at best if you use the Rpm captured hinge pin set with these when you drill out the front upper suspension arm to counter sink for the Rpm hinge pins-doing that weekends the arms and more flex happens turning it into a not so strong joint you will constantly have top and bottom pins pop out on the C hub at least that was my experience with it/ also I got the GPM captured hinge pin set and you don't have to drill out you're a arms for steering clearance because they are hexagon flat heads on them and you have no clearance issues whatsoever- also that set comes with inner pins and shock pins as well- no wiggle no nothing it makes the whole truck suspension arm solid not too bad so far
