Shorts are ok for casual loose fitting and for wear around the house, or a weekend jaunt - not if you are trying to dress to impress. The material is on the thin side and course- almost like a light burlap feel. Maybe after washing and drying that will soften them up? Pockets on sides are large, but putting anything with weight inside will make the shorts sag since there isn’t enough stitching support and are a bit baggy. Disappointed because they don’t have back pockets which on 2nd thought may actually be a plus because if you put your wallet there, it would probably fall out.

Purchased these for summer vacation for my husband. He loves how lightweight and breathable the material is. Fit is perfect and just as described. Excellent value. He says they are very comfortable and have a good stretch to them

The fabric on these shorts is nice and the color is very attractive. As with any cargo pants, there are leg pockets as well as front pockets. These pants, however, have no back pockets which is a true drawback. The fabric is thin and will be cool in the summer.

Very comfortable and true to size. My initial reaction upon wearing was that it felt weird to be wearing cargo shorts that are fairly lightweight and no zipper fly but just a drawstring. But after wearing for a few hours I found them to be much more comfortable that standard cargo shorts and the material much more comfortable. The green is nice and dark, making the shorts stand out. They hang just above the knee so not too short, not too long.
