This repair kit is only 33grams, the light weight and small size make it very portable, can be kept in the saddle bags. Tubeless sealant alone can’t seal every puncture. Sometimes you need more surface area to seal the hole. This tool helps insert plugs to help sealants clog up puncture.

Instruction of Tubeless Bike Tire Repair Kit

Find the hole

Find the hole and sand the hole

Pass the strip

Pass the strip through the front end of the needle

Insert needle

Insert the needle with rubber strip into the breach, leaving about 1/3 outside the tire

Pull out

Pull the tool out quickly, and leave 5mm length on the tread and cut off the rest

Strips are placed in storage capsule

This is a very nice product and the size of the package is excellent. Glad to have this in my kit for the one time I might need something like this. I've never had to use it on my tire during a ride but have used it on a buddies and he was super happy i was prepared. Put in the plug, and a bit more sealant and a few spins of the tire and off we went.

I recommend to cut the strip pegs and have just 4 total inside the tube with the cap screwed on.It's well made, lightweight, and works good.Bang for buck... good denigrate l enough for me.Bacon strips fit down below the top so you need to use the pic to get them out

I actually purchased this after using the same one on the trail that a friend had after I punctured my tubeless tire while mountain biking and didn’t have enough Stan’s sealing fluid in my tires. This quickly and easily patched the hole and saved me a significant amount of time by not having to remove the tire and put a backup spare tube I had with me. The patch held the entire ride and beyond without leaking. Needless to say, I was sold and ordered one as soon as I got home. Highly recommend!

The fork on this tool is very large for typical punctures on bike tires. Other tools I've used have forks half this size and still require effort when inserting in a puncture.The tool is well made and the thick inserts may prove useful, but I'm not sure the tool will prove useful when on a trail with a puncture flat.
