Easy to install. Durable if you take slow. They will break if you push too hard on harder aged cheese. Overall good value for the money.

Once installed, met my expectations. Directions were not very clear - took 15-20 minutes to decipher what was expected for each part and specifically which hole was being referred to. A well drawn diagram of the stone, rotating arm, threaded handle, and wire would have made assembly much more simple.

I bought these to set up a homemade contraption to thinly slice blocks of tofu. The wires are very durable and tofu is soft, so they work perfectly. I can't speak to installation as I don't have the slicer, but they seem durable and I wanted wire that was food safe. The loops to install it were handy when configuring my contraption. Very pleased.

I use my cheese slicer just about every day. So much easier to get thin or thicker slices with this Kitchen tool, than trying to use a Knife.

They are poor quality. After a couple of uses the wire untwists at the end. The last one I put in I used it 3 time and it untwisted
