I made lollipops covered with small coffee filters to look like ghosts for Halloween. I used ribbon to tie them on, but it was not adequate. I ordered these small rubber bands which I could not find locally. They worked perfectly and made my project a success.

Not as strong as typical rubber bands and some are very thin and some are thick. Not consistent. Will not buy again. Just okay.
