Threads leaking from drain pipe in wall under sink. Old rusted pipe stubunable to remove. Rusted solid in cast iron behind wall. Used this rubber coupling to join to new ABS.Perfect slip fit galvanized to ABS.

Fit perfectly to replace the punctured old one. It appears to be well made. Time will tell. At least there is no longer a stream of water shooting out from the sump pump piping connection.

These are NOT 1-1/2" couplings. They have an inside diamater of 1-7/8". Do not buy these for shop applications such as vac connectors for 1-1/2" O.D. fittings. Will not work.

If you’re looking to join pipe together pipe without using glue , I can say this works perfectly the flexibility ithst you can always losing it and take the pipe a part Most of the clamps for the pipe if you glued it you would have to cut it out cut it and then re-glue together again I can highly recommend this situation that you don’t want to glue the pipes together

Good product but is for 1-1/2 ID 1-7/8 OD Pipe. Fits perfectly on my '1.50" PVC' which is 1-7/8 OD Pipe.
