I used it to connect hot and cold water faucets on a 100 year old sink I could not find a faucet set that would fit the wide span between faucets. Works well.

I recently bought a compact portable washer for my RV, was excited to try it out only to realize it only has one intake water hook up. I didn't know what to look for as far as an adapter then I found this here on Amazon. Great product, quality materials, no leaks, easy hook up.

So this product is pretty self-explanatory. You basically use this to mix hot and cold. An FYI though, you need to make sure you have it hooked to shut-off valves at the hot water abs cold water. Don’t just use a single valve after the “Y.†Reason is, the hot and cold will continue to mix and that will creep back into the lines.As a contractor, I’ve been called to residences who have these, installed in their own not realizing they need to shut-offs at the hot and cold, and then think they have a hot water heater issue. The mixing will cool your hot water and you’ll assume the HWH is defective. It isn’t.You just need to shut those valves off when not in use. Hope this helps.

This was exactly what we needed for our fifth wheel camper. Our washing machine only has one input and we had separate valves in the closet for hot water and cold water. This was easy to connect and easy to use.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU'RE FROM AUSTRALIAUnfortunately the thread is not compatible with Australian washing machine hoses and tape fittings.
