We have replaced all of the flooring in our home with waterproof LVP which meant we needed a way to mop nearly 2500 sq ft. I couldn't continue to use the disposable cleaning pads which had been the primary way we mopped. I have never felt a mop and bucket of increasingly dirty water was actually getting the floor clean after the first section which is why the disposable pads were appealing. But now, the cost, and more disturbing to me; the waste, of throwing away all the pads week after week was not something I could reconcile when doing the floors throughout the whole house. So, I researched and finally decided on this mop with a stack of the washable pads. Yes, the upfront expense was more than I really wanted to spend, but when you add up the cost of the kind you are throwing away over a year it is easier to justify the cost. The first thing I noticed is how much easier it is to attach the pads. Throw it on the floor, hold the mop over it and lower it onto the pad. DONE! The handle is so much more sturdy, however that sturdiness comes at the cost of added weight. I'm hoping this heavy mop will firm up those saggy upper arms that age has bestowed upon me. But the big bonus here is that the wider mop head makes the job go faster because each stroke covers more area. Now that I've been using the set-up for a while, I no longer use the reservoir for cleaning solution. Instead, I find it is easier for me to wet the pads before attaching. In areas with extra soil (like drips in the kitchen) get sprayed with an all purpose cleaner before running the mop over them. I switch out the pad for a clean one as needed, then they all go into the washing machine. I do not put the pads in the dryer, I just hang them and they dry pretty quickly. If I ever have to replace the handle, I will not buy this one with the reservoir since it just adds weight to the mop, but I will definitely stay with the Rubbermaid brand.

Reviewing a mop is not something I thought I would ever do but this thing is fantastic. Seriously, I will never buy a weenie homeowner grade spray mop at the big box store ever again. It holds a lot of the fluid of your choice, sprays reliably and the thin head and wide microfiber pad makes short work of the real estate. I find the button pretty ergonomic. Some people say it hurts their thumb but I can't imagine why you would use your thumb. I have my whole hand over the top of the button while I'm mopping so it's just a squeeze. Three decent steams of cleaner come out behind the mop head because who mops forward and walks on the wet floor? Filling the mop is a tad tricky but I've discovered an old sports bottle with a pop up spout is perfect for measuring out the right amount and squirting it into the reservoir. The trick to making this mop really perform is to plunk down what feels like way too much money on a giant stack of microfiber pads so you can change them fairly often. They are high quality, last a long time and have the perfect balance of scrubbing power and absorbency. My floors look twice as good in half the time.

The fluid container is permanently affixed and has a small mesh screen over the filler hole, which causes it to be very difficult to refill without the purchase of an additional accessory item that runs about $35. With that accessory, this is a very nice quick-mop system that works quite well. This is a heavy-duty, commercial, version of the Rubbermaid spray-mops. Just be prepared to spend $$$ for all the parts to conveniently use it.

As a former hospital housekeeper I LOVED this mop. SO versatile and easy. Wipe down walls as well as floors. We would start out with a wet mop pad and change out as needed so we would use 2-3 per room, keep in mind the rooms were pretty large. These are supposed to be more sanitary than regular mops according to hospital studies, or so they told us!HOWEVER, the mop I purchased from this vendor didn't have the same quality the hospital one had. Maybe a fluke but that is the truth as far as the mop I received. The sprayer didn't work well long at all and it started dribbling out and squeaking fairly soon. I've had mine about a year and besides those issues it is fine. Perhaps you would be better off ordering directly from Rubbermaid.

I love this mop! I pour a tiny bit of into the reservoir before I pour in warm water using an empty water bottle to clean my laminate floors. No issues! It comes with two Executive Series (gray instead of blue, same product otherwise) microfiber mop pads.Worth mentioning - this Executive Series Pulse mop kit is much cheaper than the for some reason, and looks a lot better in my opinion. Great deal!

Broke after 5 months of in house use. Was great until the button to disperse liquid broke. Seller only offers a 30 day warranty. Do not buy
