These fit perfectly and worked great. Interestingly enough one of the two I ordered had to have the socket turned 180 degrees while the other was fine. The lenses are good quality and shine so much brighter than the 37 year old originals. The lights came with new screws which I didn’t expect, added bonus. The screws didn’t have shoulders like the originals but seemed to work fine regardless. Impressed so far.

They cleaned up the look of my clouded turn signals on my '84 CJ7. Look great. Fit well. Harnesses fit the existing. As many others have stated one was wired incorrectly. Turn signal was the running light filament and vice versa. No need to switch the pins in the connector though. Look down the bulb socket. The contacts are the same and sit in a while plastic disc with two tabs 180 degrees apart sitting in slots in the socket. Like it's designed to be switched easily. Push the wires in from the back until the tabs are above the slots they fit in. Rotate the rubber grommet and the wires together 180 degrees, then pull the wires back to seat the plastic disc. Literally 10 seconds. Tops. I suggest loosely installing one screw to ground the fixture and checking that it's wired correctly before seating both screws fully. Overall a good product. 4 stars for the wiring mix-up.

This part installed quickly and worked right out of the box. It is of medium quality and probably similar to what was made in the 1970's and 80's. For the $20 or $25 price, it's okay and one doesn't have any other choice for a new replacement part here. It does include a light bulb which would otherwise cost you $2 online or $6 at the local auto parts store.

Good quality turn signal units for my 1979 Jeep CJ5. Mine were wired correctly for the parking light and turn signal filaments. Photos show single parking light, rear shot, and both shown with hazards flashing. To buy something like this shipped to your house in a day or two at this price is insane. They look just like the original ones (I did use original screws off the old ones). Yes wires are not the same color as originals. Let's face it, automotive quality was not the best in the late 70's, I was driving those vehicles then.
