Fit really perfect in my rough country track bar. It did take a vice to get them in! No more death wobble

They are a little thicker than your stock bushings making it harder to get the nut started on top

purchased this when i read comments and questions stating this used a 7/16 bolt, which was perfect because i already had one on that location.pushing the old bushing out with a ball joint press was surprisingly easy, used the same press to get both the halves into the track bar.my problem was that the 7/16 bolt i had from Ace would not go into the sleeve, i even attempted to pound it through to no avail, i ended up checking the bolt and ID of the sleeve with a micrometer, the bolt was a true 7/16 but the ID of the sleeve was a hair under sized and did not allow the bolt to enter past the threads. I ended up drilling the sleeve out with a 7/16 drill which removed material all the way down.I had to expand the axle side bracket to get the track bar into the bracket, after torqueing down the bolt, the axle bracket is squishing the bushing because the sleeve itself is shorter than the 2 halves combined, i left it this way so i could get to work in the morning. This did fix my issue and the steering feels much better but i am not sure if the bushing itself is supposed to be squished in the bracket alongside the sleeve, and if not, I am not sure how long this will last.

Rubber last longer from my experience, this is the second time I had to replace these type of bushings.

Bushing made a large improvement tightening up the steering feel. Only issue is nowhere does it say this product requires a 7/16 diameter bolt. My 98 XJ came with a 10mm bolt. Using the 10mm bolt would have slop in the sleeve. No mention of bolt size on Rugged Ridge Web site or in product description. Minus 2 stars for that.
