I ordered this to install the studs in a new axle I ordered, but due to time constraints I had to make do without it. I wish that I had it when doing the job, as it would have made the job much easier. This product is very well made and at a good price point.

Stud Installer worked great! Glad I purchased this prior to the job as this made the job quick and easy. The installer will need to put some muscle into the use. But this product made the job better.

works well and pulls the studs in nice and straight with very little effort using a standard ratchet. no need for an impact. top of the bearing/spacer rotates with the lug while the base is stationary against the hub.

Had my doubts, but this let me pull 10 9/16 studs with .684 knurl into their respective holes. Did not even try to use an impact, even though it said it was rated for it. Used a deep well socket on a 1.9 inch deep open ended lug nut and a 30 inch breaker bar. All the exposed threads fit into the lug, so had a nice even pull from every thread. Wasn't a chore at all with that breaker bar, and the installer worked flawlessly. I did grease up the bearings before use, even tho it had some grease on it, and then again after the first wheel was done. Seems to be in perfect shape after the 10 studs were installed. Would definitely buy again, and plan on using whenever I need to install another wheel stud. Made the job very easy.
