It is very good and durable. Lots of room for a lot of dishes and I love that there is a holder for the knives.

Exactly what I needed. Different areas for different items. As many items as I need (mainly hand washed, but also lids and something that doesn't come completely dry from the dishwasher), without taking so much space.

I like the modern look of the dish rack with the bamboo knife holder. The unit itself is a bit awkward to use as using the dish rack on top of the main unit doesn't allow enough space under my cabinet above it. Also, the little attachment for cups is very wobbly and not secure at all to the point that I won't use it.I didn't rate it as a 5 because it's awkward for dish placement in my cabinet layout situation. This may not affect others the same if you have more open cabinet space to utilize.

After a few months of use, I like the set-up. Looks good, sturdy and the extension is appreciated. Much thinner than the old one so counter top is larger near the sink. There are two drip trays due to the extension. The one closes to the sink does not drain properly and water accumulates. Can get scuzzy and should have more of a tilt. Easy to take apart and clean.

Without getting into boring details, I have a complicated kitchen counter situation. My previous drying rack needed to be placed in an area that took up a lot of counterspace which I don't have a lot of. This one, because it is up on legs and has a drain to siphon off water drippings into the sink, I can put in a much more convenient corner. You can adjust it to size which is great. I use it at maximum length and can fit a lot of dishes on it. I just love it. The biggest negative is that cleaning it is a little bit of a hassle because you have to take it apart to get to all of the areas. I also wish the utensil holder area was a little bigger.I hope I don't need one again, but if I do, I certainly plan on buying this again!

I really wanted to love this. Overall the appearance is fine, and low profile. It doesn’t take up a huge amount of space on the counter. The extendable rack is great! And drains well. It’s easy to push the extendable rack back in so the entire thing takes up less space on the counter. The drain function is pretty good and a nice feature. The holder for knives works well, but could be taller. The caddy for silverware is okay but should also be a little taller. The real downfall is the plates section . The wire slots where you put plates isn’t high enough. Regular sized dinner plates fall over. They simply do not stand up because that part is just not tall enough. Only small, dessert size plates will actually stand up. You have to put a dessert size plate in first to hold up the dinner plates. So that design flaw is huge. The attachment for glasses isn’t high enough either. Regular sized glasses fall off easily. Coffee cups stay on better. If the company could raise the height of the wire plate rack and raise the height of the part that holds glasses, I could give this a 5 for functionality.

Wanted a drainer with a sleeker appearance and a less bulky visual footprint. So glad I took a chance on this. Looks nice, very functional, and sturdy. This is built to last.

Easily assembled. High quality. Large and thoughtful design. It looks good and functions great. It's just a dish rack but I love it!The knife slots are safe and very appreciated.

Beautiful dish drainer, very clean and modern looking. Great hidden drainage, a ton of different types of storage spaces (love the cutting board space and the utensil organizer part the best) very sturdy

Finally bought one of these fancier dishracks.Loves: concept, appearance, quality, larger size.Dislikes: large gaps on walls allow items to slip through, wish the cup holder and cutlery caddy were interchangable, because I would prefer the cutlery at the front. My use: most of my stuff goes in the dishwasher. So this is for: air drying plastics that didn't heat dry in the machine, non-dishwasher safe dishes/cookware (mainly knives and non-stick pans). For that reason I like a large dishrack to fit the larger items. I put both the large utensil/knife holder and cutting board holder both on the same side to reduce it's width. I use the cutting board holder for hanging my dish cloth. All in all fairly happy with this product.

Love how this dish rack has made my kitchen area look more elegant. Who would have thought. The black and light wood combo makes this rack look way more expensive than it is. Some thought has gone into this design that makes it functional and practical. Easy to assemble and easy to keep clean. Especially love the drainage feature and knife slots. Definitely recommend.
