I never realized how nice it would be to have hooks for things in my ice shelter. These are really terrific and easily velcro-ed on to the struts inside the shelter. The pictures made it look like you could velcro them on snugly, but I didn't have much luck doing that. I just couldn't get them that tight. However, they were secure once I got them on, and I was able to hang various things from the hooks. These don't take up much space, especially for the additional storage they offer.

I don't ice fish or camp, but I ordered these hooks as I saw the potential for many uses. I use these to hang up smaller extension cords and ropes, anything smaller that needs to be stored neatly (max weight of 1.5 kg/ 3.3 pounds per seller). I also use the hooks for sports gear - using the black hook & loop to hold my bag and the hook to hang on a fence at the sport court. And with 14 of them, I'm set for some time!The black straps appear to be heat welded rather than sewn, but no issues so far. Hooks are good quality with a black cap on the open end. Good quality product that should be advertised more widely than just ice house / tent hooks. I am confident they work for ice houses and camping just as well.

I can't wait to get out on the ice this year with these! We've got two 6 person tents, and we're always looking for places to stick things, without putting them on the ice and slush. Sure, you can try and wedge your stuff between the poles and the tent, but that doesn't always work out like you want it to. And the nice thing is, you can leave these attached when you take your tent down. The velcro holds on tight, and they hold a heavy ice fishing coat no problem. Now, we'll have more room in the tent for moving around, and plenty of places to hang things!

Like a lot of people without hangers in their pop-ups, we just jam and wrap lights and fishing accessories around. These are a lifesaver though and I'm leaving them on my popup. They take very little space and I can hang just about anything on them, from lights to fishing poles. Honestly I don't know why popups just don't come with these out of the box. Buy some, you won't regret it.

I got these to attach to the factory roof rack on my FJ Cruiser to hang stuff on while overlanding. They work great for keeping stuff organized when camp is setup. I'm happy with them.
