Perfect for running. I run at night so it's reflective and holds my phone and keys. I hate having my phone swinging in my pocket. It's light enough to not be too hot for summer time. Non restricting, easily fits over a hoodie, can be adjusted to keep it as tight or loose as you want.

Seems to work fine for running when you want to keep your pockets from bouncing while running. The problem I had was when I tried to use it under a backpack. We went on an adventure an 18 mile hike through the narrows at Zion national park and I had thought this would be a great way to have access to my phone for pictures but the plastic on the shoulder straps of the vest about put me down with the weight of the backpack digging into my shoulders. Never the less it worked well for what it was intended for.

This back pack is very good quality for the price. I can fit one of my 8 oz water pouches in the front pocket just barely and drink it without removing it. Additionally it holds my phone in a way that allows access and evenly distribute the weight. This all worked much better for me than my belt that I had to constantly retighten and sometimes would start sort-of flapping around. Very pleased. Could fit a larger water bottle in the back if I ever start running more than 30 minutes. I did try this once and it is s little tricky to get it out. May just need to experiment with different bottles if I start running for longer periods.

I tried this out for the first time on a 7 mile run. Overall the main design is comfortable. It fits my keys, a pocket knife and small flashlight well.The annoying design is where you put your phone. It’s one clasp to attach the phone pocket to the vest. Your phone bounces and is considerably noticeable. I ended up taking my phone out after 2 miles and running with it in my hand.

I appreciated the design and all the pockets intelligently placed. The adjustability was great! Everything about it was perfect except the two front buckles for removing the vest. I had issues with chafing and them putting uncomfortable pressure against my ribs. They are too large.

Super functional with adjustable clips. It has multiple pockets for whatever you need (keys, debit card/ID), easy access to review your phone without dropping it and my phone stays stationary so I can keep my stride as natural as possible. My phone has a bit of weight, so if I am trying to increase my pace I flip the phone carrier inward against my chest so I don't feel any movement. I love it. Worth the investment.

Great walking or running vest but it fits a little snugly especially when wearing a sweat shirt.
