I've purchased a few pairs of these baseball pants and they hold up well. Only once did they rip in the knees, but that was on a slide right into the catcher. They run a little big, so if your son is in between sizes, size down. Other brands are way more expensive, but these are perfect for the price.

These were the exact fit my 15 year old was looking for… he’s 5’8†and they were long enough but not too baggy. They did well, but got hold on the knees from sliding on turf (held up better than his forearms!!:)

Pants fit perfect however, these are very thin and super see through.

My son plays baseball in Texas in oppressive heat for most of the year. We go through a lot of pants over the course of a season. I've purchased much more expensive pants that haven't held up as well. These are durable, but not so heavy that they're uncomfortable. The fit is good for my son who is 6 foot tall and about 160 pounds.

The white pants are very thin fabric and you can see right through them. They look awkward and I can't imagine they will hold up very long.The size was really strange, and I think it was due to the shape of the pants. They have a really wide waist with smaller legs, and just don't fit in any way.

These Russell baseball pants are like the Russell pants we have come to know after many years in baseball. My son is tall and thin and we got the medium which will need to be belted but the length is great. The adjustable length option is handy if you're shorter. The fabric is however, quite thin, almost thinner than other Russell pants we own. We got the white so it's almost see through. Hopefully they last at least a season!
