These are your standard Surron or Talaria brake pads that come with the stock Surron. They aren't good brake pads but they can get the job done. If you just need some cheap pads, these will do the trick but I would not recommend running them in the back. The stopping power just isn't very good compared to Shimano H03C pads. These also squeal like a stuck pig if you ride in the rain.I'm really not a fan of these pads but I'm assuming if you buy them, you know what you're getting. They are exactly the same as the stock brake pads so don't expect them to be an upgrade. If you just need cheap pads, these are fine. But if you're seriously riding your Surron, I would suggest getting some higher end pads. You can't put a price on good stopping power.
