I really like the chain hangers on the side.The only down side is when it gets hot it sticks to the bubble level on the top of my jack. I would recommend it .

It would be even better if it had a reflective strip on it,because it's easy to not see it when you take it off the jack. Lost 1 already because it is ALL black.

I wanted a better looking more functional solution to keep my eletric tongue jack covered. This cover fit very well, has the two rings to hook the safety chains to and appeared to keep the water and dust off my jack. That is until two days ago I was inspecting the trailer and the nylon webbing that us used to reinforce the stitching has completely disintegrated! This is only from sun and weather, I have not moved the trailer once nor have I removed the cover since I put it on about three months ago.
