Like so many RVers, direct sunlight in the desert heat can adversely affect the comfort level inside your RV. What affected us greatly was the sunlight streaming thorugh in the early mornings which would have me fully awake long before the rest of the household. These have made a significant difference in preventing the harsh ealry morning light, and keeping the direct sunlight from fading any of the interior fabrics. We originally used the silver reflective style. While effective, aesthetically, they're not very attractive. Not only have these protected our investment, they add a beautiful touch while serving a meaningful purpose, so much so, that we have already ordered larger covers for our bedroom. One of the added freatures is the ability to partition off the amount of light straming through by just folding up a section. Unfortunately, they only have provided a magnet on one side, so the side void of a magnet hangs down just a bit. (I will probably make alterations, adding a magnet on the opposing side.)Due to the heat of our region, the included velcro-type adhesive are pretty useless. We utilized the 10X Strength Velcro, which has not allowed the cover to move a milimeter, regardless of an elevated temp! A DEFINITE WIN-WIN ALL AROUND!

These are working great for our back windows in our class B RV. It stays secure even on rough roads, and keeps out all of the light. I would definitely recommend.

The shade works great. It blocked out the light that was coming in the window at night. Made it much cooler in the hot weather inside the camper.

I can't seem to find a light blocking window shade for my RV trailer which fits. It's frustrating. I can't be the only person who can't find one through Amazon's search engine. So in a fit of desperation, I sent for the 31x27" shade. It almost but not quite fits. HOWEVER, it was very straightforward to install. Although I was a bit nervous at applying the adhesive magnetic strips - meaning a bit under-confident that I would place them successfully in the right spots. And all-in-all, it took less than 5 minutes to get the shade in place. Only the barest of need to reposition an adhesive mag strip. The shade is fantastic at blocking out the dawning sun from intruding through the slumbering eyelids. It is also very effective from keeping the late autumn sun (and its temperatures) out at midday. I like the magnetic feature. It makes it very easy to temporarily fold back portions of the shade to allow more (or less) light into the trailer. I think I will order more to try on some of the other windows. This shade makes it much easier to sleep in.

Thought i was getting the version that attaches by magnets, instead it is hook & loop (velcro) with magnets for adjusting the opening

These solved a simple problem, sometimes at campgrounds there is too much light at night coming through the window or newer campers that don't believe in turning off their LED's at night. Yes they look cool, but. This worked out great and my wife is happy, therefore I am happy.

Used these in our camper. The dimensions were a little off but we knew that when we bought them looking at reviews. It worked great. We completely replaced our bedroom blinds and my sons bunkhouse blind. When it is in storage it's best to take them off...the changing Temps make them collapse. We wanted black out for camping to sleep in a little and they work great for that!

the magnets are super nice but not that string so the window isn't fully covered
