NOTE: I seem to be one of the first to review this fan as a real customer, purchased at full price. (How does one get on the list for free stuff anyway??)The fan comes well-packaged in a thick cardboard box and includes a remote control which uses 2 AAA batteries (not included). It also comes with an inside trim plate that is 3" in depth. If your RV roof is thicker and you need a deeper inside trim cover, they will send you one free. Nice.At higher speeds (and higher noise levels) this thing pushes a ton of air outward, so much that it actually "pulls" the bathroom door closed. It's nice knowing that if I have to, I can prop the bathroom door open and really move air (in or out). There are 4 speed settings in forward and 4 speeds in reverse.I installed this fan myself above my small bathroom on my RV. It took about 3 hours to remove the old fan and clean all the old sticky yucky butyl rubber goo from the roof, and about 15 more minutes to install new sticky yucky goo the to new fan, set it in place, screw it down and wire it up.It replaced the 6' joke of a fan that had been originally installed by the manufacturer. I wired it up to the bathroom wall switch on (lowest speed setting) using the same 12 volt wires as the original fan, and it works great. So far, so good.

Easy install ,I did have to cut hole a bit longer and wider. Only down side my roof is arched and the interior cover piece doesn't fit all the way to the top so I see the insulation and wood at roof, I'm trying now to see if they make a deeper one to fit.but all in all moves a lot of air and am happy with it, all else fails I will rigamore me something to finish it off.

I needed I larger trim kit for my RV, so I emailed the company seeking their assistance. Anna, a company representative, responded to my request for assistance. She was wonderful !! She sent me the trim kits with little to no delay. Her interaction with me was very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend this product and this company to anyone wishing to work on and improve their RV.

I bought this unit for 20 year-old motorhome, and its features and functionality are very nice.Number one, the rain sensor function, which automatically closes the lid and turns off the fan motor when only a small amount of rain hits it. That's very useful.The lid itself has a double support structure that keeps it much more stable and sturdy than what I had before. The reversibility of the fan for up- or downward airflow is great, and also the ability to change the fan speed to four different settings. On the first level you absolutely don't hear the fan, on the second hardly. Only stage three and four are more forceful and audible. But never bothering in any way. Additionally, a timer can be set for certain venting arrangements. Very happy with it.
