Seals the roof vent very well. Checked the seal all the way around with a piece of paper and was sufficiently tight.

Easy off with the old gasket and easy on with the new one. I just had to trim about 3 inches off the new gasket with some scissors and it was a perfect fit.

We added this to the new lids/tops we got to replace the old ones on our trailer. They were easy to put on AND they should really help keep the water out. Great price too!

No sealant came with the seal, so it would not stay on. The product listing makes no mention of sealant being required. If the seal was higher quality it would squeeze the frame of the vent enough to stay on without sealant. I did not have sealant and had to use super glue. I think it should come with sealant since it is required for installation.
