The flush ball seal seems like a good replacement for the Dometic OEM product but it’s a surprisingly difficult installation.It ended up being one of the most frustrating RV maintenance projects I’ve done!Getting the groove in the seal to seat properly in the spline just above the flush ball sounds easy but in practice it was a devilish task. My hands are big paws and getting one hand with several fingers into the toilet poop chute was probably my biggest handicap.With considerable fidgeting, the groove in the seal finally fully engaged 360° into the spline above the flush ball and is now functionally water tight.
