The vent covers arrived right on schedule and were the perfect replacement for the originals, and easy installation. The most time consuming part was removing the old vents and getting a clean surface for a proper seal.

My RV is quite literally always held hostage by the sun in Arizona and Texas. The original plastic vents were brittle and cracking - one fell apart in my hands as I tried to remove it. I replaced the bases and caps with this set. You will need some self leveling RV Sealant like Dicor when replacing the originals. I should be good for another 5 years with these.I keep up with my reviews and will revisit this one should the need arise.I give this vent kit my Big-Foot “Stomp†of approval and 5 stars!

My project: Restoring a 1963 Airstream trailer.These are nicely maintainable, and took the silver paint I needed to add to match the trailer's shiny aluminum exterior.I think a single screw will be added in the cap's provided spot for such a fastener, as wind just might take the cap off otherwise.Price for 2 of them seems very reasonable IMO.
