Just enough protection for learning to walk. The Velcro top strap helps jeep them on and prevents baby from removing them. They are soft and made well. They fit good a little wide but it’s perfect for our guy.

Easy to put on! Easy for baby to walk around in, they seem to be comfortable and fit well. We got two pairs! They did get worn out, but lasted as long as you’d expect for the price.

I like basically everything about these, and I might even order again to size up in the future, but be warned you should order the size larger than you think you need even if you've measured your kids feet AND are adding the extra they suggest in the sizing images. I measured my baby's feet, added a little extra, and ordered the suggested size and they fit like a glove. It's hard to get them on her feet, and next growth spurt they won't fit anymore at all.Other than that problem, they're very well made and comfortable. I've been really disappointed with the quality of in-store kid shoes lately (and the sticker shock of paying $20 for a tiny pair of crappily made shoes), and I also don't like putting stiff thick-bottomed shoes on little baby feet. These are flexible, thin, and more comfortable on the inside than most in-store baby/toddler shoes but still very cheap. The leather feels nice, they look as advertized, and the rubber bottoms are going to be more protective than the completely soft-soled or cloth shoes I've tried as alternatives to the thick sneaker style. I just wish they had some stretch around the ankle and they do run smaller than other shoes in the same age category.

I seriously cannot believe the value on these. The quality is great for the money, the grips are good for baby, they are very flexible and comfortable for baby. The fit is actually accurate. The first time we put them on I was afraid they'd be small but you just have to open them all the way. My baby is just an avid toe curler lol.
