Q: Number of Tweets are fewer than the hour (First check the Sound control plug, if it is loose,please re-attach it.)
A: Press the 'PUSH' button on the side of the clock to increase the tweets, each press increase one tweet, allowing the bird to finish each time. Stop when you reach the desired count.
Q: Number of Tweets exceeds the hour
A: If there are extra tweets, press the "PUSH"button [12 minus the extra tweets] times. For example, if it’s 9 o'clock and the bird tweets 11 times, press the button 10 times (12 - 2 = 10)
Q: Cuckoo does not tweets on the hour
A: The minute and hour hands are removable. First, remove them and place them at the position matching the cuckoo's tweets. Then, set the correct time. For example, if the cuckoo tweets 6 times at 5:52, remove the hands and place them at 6 o'clock, then adjust to the correct time.
Q: door not open, bird does not come out
A:1. Don't forget to remove the tape inside the clock and the string around the bird.

This cuckoo clock is beautiful. Its the perfect size and I love the pendulum, and it's soft ticking noise. Also, the cuckoo is adorable, and it's very easy to set. It's pretty much perfect at a reasonable price If you don't want to order one from Germany or Switzerland. This is a great alternative. You won't be disappointed

This Cuckoo Clock has been running perfectly now for 2 months. Never misses a beat! Love the little bird and cuckoo every hour except when it is night time and then stays silent till morning. My grand daughters loves it and wait to hear it cuckoo on the hour. Would buy another one if i had more room to put it on another wall. Very easy to set up and the quality for the price was right on. Don't hesitate to get one!!!

It is a very nice wall clock, arrived on time and was very well packaged. The only problem I had was the irregularity of the number of the bird tweets with the time on the clock, but then I discovered that the side button was dedicated to increasing the tweets in line with the time. So if your clock is like mine you can increase one tweet with each press of the button ( leave the bird to complete the tweets every time after pushing ) until you reach the required number. Don't forget to remove the tape inside the clock and the string around the bird.

Very good as a replacement of an original chain and weight movement clock. Do not like the double cuckoo sound, but good to be able to shut it off.

I ordered this clock as a birthday gift. It arrived with no damage to the packaging. On setting the clock up I found that the clock did not work. The pendulum worked. The hands worked relative to each other in that when the minute hand was moved clockwise manually the hour hand moved properly relative to it. The cuckoo worked when the hands were manually moved to the next hour, but the hands would not move on their own. My guess is that the linkage between the motor and hands is defective/broken. I RMA'd for a refund and will look for a replacement.

This clock is so adorable and charming. It looks very well made. Easy to set up. There are volume controls for the “cuckooâ€. It’s not very loud and you can also mute it. The clock has a light sensor so it won’t cuckoo at night. But the best part is that it’s almost completely silent. There is no audible “tick tock†sound.
