The glue gun is awesome but is it $100 awesome? There is no cord and that is great. It does run though batteries so make sure you have some on the charger before you start your project. I wish it had some kind way to use less energy. Like a high low setting or something. I will say the glue this thing uses is super strong due to its high melting point. Glad to have it.

I love it but had to purchase bigger battery cause the battery only last maybe two hours. Which costs alit so not a value for your money

I received my glue gun today, it charged fully in an hour. I tested how long for it to heat up and it only took about a minute. Glue comes out fast, so don't squeeze hard! I can't attest to how long the charge lasts, but I'm sure it will suffice for my needs. If I do have problems I will come back and update my review. But I am satisfied so far. I made sure to register it on the Ryobi site.

I wanted a battery powered glue gun that was not a lightweight hobby type. This one can deliver glue rapidly (much faster than a hobby glue gun) and without a wire getting in the way. I expected a faster warm up, but when the glue is fully heated, it works very well.

Hopefully this one will meet all my expectations. I have been through 2 other brands of glue guns with no luck. SO many I know recommended this one so I hope it works. I have only used it twice and so far so good.
