Crazy that these 9 inch circular looms can go for upwards of $25 on Amazon so this one was a steal for nine bucks. Comes unassembled but only takes a second to pop the pegs in. Comes with two extra pegs as spares. I, like another reviewer, used a hammer to gently pop the pegs securely in since some went in better then others and I wanted them uniform. Comes with the additional tools. Great items for a great price and super quick shipping!

Make hats to donate to shelters. It also keeps my hands busy while watching TV so I’m not snacking. Made 5 hats in a week. And that is not much compared to friend who also makes hats.

Item worked as expected. I was a little thrown off when I had to assemble it. I’ve always seen them with the pegs already attached. Other than that it was great.

The product came with pegs separate from the ring. Buyer was supposed to insert the 36 pegs into the holes. However,they did not go in easily - could not push down hard enough to be sturdy. And the picture on website showed assembled loom - no mention that buyer would have to put together themselves. Returning product.

I specifically chose this loom because of the red-handled hook they show in the picture. I have a hook like the one shown. The handle is comfortable to hold and the metal part has a great shape for using with the loom. The handle of my hook broke after about 20 hats.The seller did not send the hook shown. Instead I got one with a round handle that's much thinner (about the diameter of a pencil). It has no contoured shaping to make it easier and more comfortable to hold. The metal part is an oblique angle, not a rounded shape. So, you can assemble your loom (use sandpaper to smooth down the inner edge because it's a little bit sharp), but you won't want to ever use the loom because the hook is so ungainly.

The pegs went in perfect I took a hammer and lightly hammered them into the holes. Easy to hold. Good choice
