These balustrades worked perfectly for our staircase. We had to hire a welder to measure, cut, and install and we are very happy with the end results.

This item was shipped relatively quickly. It wasn't extremely difficult to install. Made sure I bought the straight, spiral, and boots from the same manufacturer to insure color matching. Cut to length in a vice, wrapping in a microfiber cloth to avoid scratches. Cut to length using an angle grinder with a metal cutting disk. Pinned/pinched the top with a 1-1/4 screw and glued the bottom with Liquid Nails Fuze It. Let it dry for about 16 hours and slid the boot down and tightened it. The boss otherwise known as my wife loves it.I probably saved a few thousand by not hiring a contractor!

We alternated single knuckle, double knuckle, and plain ballisters and I could not be happier with the results. They were easy to cut and fit to the handrails and floor. We also used shoes on the bottom. I was very happy with the spacing of the knuckles because they were in the perfect location after cutting.
