The Smartstitch S-1001 is truly amazing. It is user friendly and supported by am amazing company. Not only is this machine quiet and powerful , but it’s a nice compact size and fits in a small space. I love this embroidery machine so much.The price is very reasonable especially with all that it comes with. When it’s time to add another machine I will definitely be buying another Smartstitch.

The machine was definitely worth the price. It's more on the affordable side of multineedle machines but you can still get great quality products out of the machine. I didnt know before I bought the machine that i would be required to take a training after set up but training was pretty quick and really helpful especially considering i had never used a multineedle before. I've had my machine for about two months and I haven't had issues. Any questions I have customer service or really the support team you get assigned to on Facebook responds fairly quickly even with the time difference.

The customer service is untouchable. The machine works great and was super helpful to get my business started. Super easy training and LOVE the process of their customer service being one on one.

The Machine is awesome, has a learning curve but all embroidery machines due.😫 not so great with the shipping don’t know who arranged it, but we talked to someone at the shipping company was assured that we would have a phone call before delivery. Was delivered 2 days before the date no call, hat it sitting outside in -10 degree weather for 2 days. Could not get my movers till the day it was supposed to arrive.

I was skeptical buying this machine, but after I read all the reviews I just went for it. I’m so glad I did! The machine is so easy to use, but it’s really the customer support that sets them apart from competitors. I’ve never touched an embroidery machine, but seeing the support not only from the company but also from other customers gave me the confidence to start my embroidery journey. I’ve only been embroidering for a week and a half and have been able to make to make some pretty cool stuff. I can’t recommend this machine enough.
