Fit "almost" perfectly, just a bit short, but nothing a small drill could not cure to make the holes bigger

I bought these in hopes they would fit my (Char-Griller) i and was not disappointed.. they showed up on time and were a perfect fit.

Grill works better than it ever has, way better than the factory burners. Only downside is the difficulty in changing. Not a fault of the replacement parts. Screws and nuts on the originals were rusted out. Used a dremel tool with grinding disks to cut the nuts off the old grill and a hole punch to knock out the old bolts. Even thru all the hassle it’s still better than buying a new grill.

The price is good and so are the end results. You do need to be aware of at least 2 things. They provide bolts for the brackets going to the grill body but not 3 bolts to attach the back of the burners to the brackets which is odd. I had some of my own that I could use. The tolerance of where the igniter brackets attach to the burners may be an issue. I could not get ignition after installing. I compared the old to the new and there is a noticeable difference. I used 3 small washers to shim out the igniters to be in a position on the burners where they ignite fine now but it took some effort to get it right. Something to be aware of.

I clean my BBQ seasonally in an effort to make it last as long as possible. Typically a barbecue bought at like Home Depot last 2 to 3 years before it starts to rust out on the bottom and becomes a potential fire hazard. I was debating getting a new barbecue this year but decided to try this overhaul kit because our char griller 5060 barbecue was three years old was not suffering from some of the rust problems that some of my previous barbecues have. The hardest part was removing the old pieces that were seized together although with a little coaxing they did eventually come apart on their own. After cleaning everything thoroughly installing this kit was straightforward and easy and all the hardware was needed included with the kit. I like that is stainless steel although I didn’t test with a magnet but it Looks like it’s better quality than the actual OE hardware which was not stainless. Now all I have left to do is clean the greats but this will work for at least another year or two. Hopefully no more burnt steaks!

Materials appear to me much better than what came with BBQ originally. I hope the s.s. lasts.Only issue is that the igniters don’t align correctly with the burner and required fiddling and adjustment to work properly.

My grill was biting the dust already and I decided to give it a new chance with these replacements. There were no install instructions in the box, you would think it's a super easy replacement but with all the screws and included parts / cables it's a bit confusing. Anyway, ended up figuring it out, here are pieces that won't be used because they were made to fit other grill brands as well, and I had to maybe get 1 or 2 screws myself because the included ones wouldn't fit my grill, but other than that once finished it looks really great. I have used it maybe 4 times already and things are working great.
